Collaborative Research Institute (CRI)

The Collaborative Research Institute (CRI) is an organisation with private IT facilities for research and development. The Institute is a not-for-profit private organisation as the operational division of the Collaborative Research Foundation (CRF). We are not associated with any business, anywhere. We have been operating for several decades and we own our domain names.

The Collaborative Research Institute (CRI) maintains private knowledgebases based on our research programmes that are used by stream leads to guide our research.

The Collaborative Research Institute exists to promote progress in computing technology and is privately funded. We are grateful to collaborators who contribute knowledge to the Collaborative Research Institute.

The Collaborative Research Institute uses the Collaborative Research private cloud for advanced systems computer research and prototyping.

Research time on the CRI systems is allotted to authorised users. Priority is given by merit, ethics and availability of the facility. As an example, individual Research & Development for medical advances (pharma, bio), Multi-Science research (new concepts) and others.

We no longer run a conventional web presence as we use what IBM term as a dark shop environment today; only authorised users can interact with our systems using our Q system technology.

Our Q system technology

Our Intranets can be accessed through our Q system technology and IP v6 only. The Q system is our private technology and is not available commercially.

If you cannot utilise IP v6 then it will prevent you from working with us.

Collaborative Intelligence at the CRF/CRI

Collaborative Intelligence, Developing A.I.; Enhancing human ability

Collaborative Intelligence is an operational division of the Collaborative Research Institute based in the UK and Europe. The division is part of our AI development research to enhance human ability. All are not-for-profit organisations.

Collaborative Intelligence is a research group of human and narrow artificial intelligence software entities we call NEODEs or DE’s for short.

The NEODEs are Digital Entities developed and operated by the Collaborative Research Institute.

The CI group works with human partners and assists in aspects of complex analysis and prediction.

Collaborative Intelligence MISSION: Accuracy

The mission of Collaborative Intelligence is accuracy.

Collaborative Intelligence in the UK and up to 2021 in the EU is a hybrid environment for our narrow AI DE’s and human partner co-operation. Collaborative Intelligence core operates from the UK.

The objective of the CI division is to provide an environment for the CRF/CRI AI systems to interact and collaborate with each other and human partners sharing intelligence and tasking at the macro level.

Since the CI team started, we have been progressing at a pace. Most of our assignments are now multi-year programmes.
